Roadmap

Receipts + staged goals. Built to be exciting — but honest.

How We Use This Roadmap

XRPLOL is built in stages. We don’t use strict timelines here because we don’t want to promise dates we can’t guarantee. Instead, we ship, improve, and document progress publicly (including in the Dev Log).

The point is simple: show what’s real, show what’s being built, and show where it’s going.

Already Shipped

These are real, verifiable milestones — not ideas.

LOLcals NFT Collection Complete

  • 150-piece collection minted and distributed
  • Current utility: game skins + weekly boosts + eligibility to earn via Dodge the Dip

Dodge the Dip Live

  • Playable browser game with real reward mechanics
  • Automated payouts when playing/submitting with an NFT-holding wallet
  • Ongoing tuning and polish as the player base grows

LOLcals Weekly Program Active

  • Weekly payouts with four tiers:
  • • LOLcal • LOL Elite • Golden LOLcal • LOL Legend
  • Designed to reward consistent community participation

DEX Presence + Visibility Live

  • Market access and tracking across key venues
  • Focus listings: XMagnetic, FirstLedger, and DexScreener

Transparency Hub Published

  • Tokenomics documentation + wallet role clarity
  • On-chain verification links via Transparency page
  • Supply clarity: effective supply vs removed tokens

Automation & Community Ops Running

  • Automated systems supporting gameplay rewards
  • Bot-style tooling used to keep the ecosystem moving
  • Dev log maintained as public receipts

Now Building

The current focus is making what exists feel smooth, consistent, and “finished.”

xApp / XAMAN Compatibility In Progress

  • Match display + layout between web and in-app environments
  • Fix viewport edge cases and mobile scaling quirks
  • Eliminate “works for me but not for them” issues

UI/UX & Navigation Polish In Progress

  • Make all buttons consistent and reliable across screens
  • Reduce friction outside gameplay (menus, modals, flows)
  • Keep the experience “fast + obvious” for new players

Game Feel & Quality Pass Ongoing

  • Fairness tweaks and quality-of-life improvements
  • Progressive balance tuning over time
  • Polish pass until it feels genuinely shippable everywhere

Challenges & Engagement Loops Ongoing

  • More community-style events (like “589” challenges)
  • Better tooling for competitive windows + reward formats
  • Keep participation fun, not confusing

Next Stages

These are staged goals. They unlock as earlier systems stabilize and prove useful.

Stage 1 — Games & Loops Next
  • Continue evolving Dodge the Dip (stability → polish → new events)
  • Launch lightweight Telegram mini-game experiences
  • Build repeatable event formats that the community can rally behind

Goal: more fun per week, not just “one game exists.”

Stage 2 — Identity & Collectibles Planned
  • Expand NFT utility (cosmetics, recognition, and perk systems)
  • Improve “verified identity” feel across leaderboards and community
  • Strengthen the value loop: play → participate → unlock → flex

Goal: make the ecosystem feel like a world with “identity,” not just a token.

Stage 4 — Telegram Mini-Games & Social Systems Experimental
  • Rock–Paper–Scissors as a Telegram-native social mini-game
  • Optional “risk/reward” modes, designed carefully and responsibly
  • Community-first design: fun, repeatable, and easy to use

Goal: make the Telegram feel alive — not just a chat room.

Stage 3 — LOL Lounge Metaverse Staged
  • Concept: ✅ complete
  • Design: ✅ club layout drafted
  • XRPL integration: microtransactions, characters, and in-world mechanics
  • Closed beta: multiplayer testing and server stability
  • Season 1: first public “club night” loop with rewards + events

Goal: a comedy-first Unreal Engine metaverse where the utility is entertainment.

This roadmap may evolve. When it does, we update it publicly — and the Dev Log tracks what actually shipped.
